We're excited to partner with you as you personalize your home and bring your vision to life. Our Design Studio experience is designed to help you make informed decisions and create a home that is uniquely yours.

While online galleries are a great place to start, nothing compares to seeing products, finishes, and materials in person. We encourage you to explore available design options before your appointment so you can make the most of your time with our design professionals.

How to Prepare

Before your appointment, take some time to gather inspiration and think about how you want your new home to look and feel.

Helpful items to bring include:

• Notes or questions about products and design options you've seen online

• Photos of model homes or homes you've toured

• Inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or mood boards

• Wallpaper samples, fabrics, paint colors, or other design elements you love

• Furniture layouts, space plans, or renderings that reflect your vision

The more information you bring, the better we can help guide your selections and create a cohesive design plan.

What to Expect

Your Design Studio appointment is a collaborative experience where we'll guide you through the available selections for your home.

Initial Review

We'll begin by reviewing your home's structural selections and construction timeline.

Please note: Structural changes cannot be made after seven (7) days from your contract date.

Electrical & Technology Selections

• Structured wiring options

• Low-voltage selections

• Additional recessed lighting

• Optional ceiling fan and ceiling light locations and prewires

• Additional electrical enhancements

Kitchen Design

Explore options for:

• Cabinetry and hardware

• Countertops

• Sinks and faucets

• Backsplash selections

• Pendant lighting

Flooring Selections

Review available:

• Hard surface flooring

• Carpet options

• Stair and railing stain selections

Lower-Level Selections

If applicable, we'll review design options available for your lower level or finished basement spaces.  Flooring, bathroom and wet bar fixtures and finishes

Bathroom Design

Select finishes and fixtures including:

• Vanities and countertops

• Plumbing fixture packages

• Lighting selections

• Wall and floor tile

• Additional decorative lighting and plumbing upgrades

Finalizing Your Selections

If time allows, we'll complete and sign off on your selections during your appointment. If additional time is needed, final approvals can be completed digitally following your visit.

To ensure we have adequate time to review your selections, please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Depending on your community and floor plan, appointments typically last between two and four hours.

If you are unable to attend or expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible, as your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Important Information

Construction schedules require selections to be finalized within specific timeframes. Certain options may no longer be available once your home reaches designated stages of construction.

While we make every effort to accommodate changes, modifications may not be possible after established cutoff dates.

Additionally, product availability is subject to change. Manufacturers may discontinue materials, finishes, or products without notice. Should this occur, our team will work with you to select an alternative option as quickly as possible to avoid delays in construction.
